Over a month

It's been over a month since we wrote here. Sorry! I have to pop back to Nuneaton several times, we both started work and I'm actually working two jobs at the moment, so we haven't been going out quite as much.

We do have Madame Tussauds photos to share, though, so I promise I'll update soon with more adventures.

In the beginning...

We moved to London today.

"We" are Garry Pinches, a 28 year old ex-musician starting a new career as a Mental Health Recovery Worker, and Amy Jones, a 22 year old philosophy graduate hoping to become a writer.

For the next four months, we're living in a house share in Holloway. After that we'll be looking for our own flat. Until now we've both lived in a tiny town near Coventry, so moving to London is a bit of a change to say the least.

Everyone keeps saying that this is going to be a great adventure, so there was really no choice when it came to naming this blog. It's going to be nothing more or less than a diary of all the things we do in London. Maybe you'll find something nice to do and somewhere good to eat, or maybe this will just be a way of our families keeping up with us. Either way, welcome.
